As Chief Operating Officer of Kingsbarn Realty Capital, Tommy Dupuis brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations in both publicly traded and privately held organizations. Mr. Dupuis has a strong track record of optimizing operations and aligning business functions with organizational objectives, while driving accountability, building high performing teams and developing a cohesive culture.

Prior to joining Kingsbarn, Tommy made significant impacts at Fore Property Company, a nationally recognized multifamily real estate developer; Diamond Resorts, which was acquired by Hilton Grand Vacations (NYSE: HGV) in 2021; and Pulte Homes (NYSE: PHM). His leadership has been pivotal in executing strategic initiatives and positioning companies for growth and acquisitions.

Tommy's journey began in the military, where he served on a tactical response force team stateside and an explosive ordinance recon team while deployed to the Middle East. Tommy holds a finance degree from UNLV, an MBA from Texas A&M and an active CPA license.
