Kingsbarn Capital and Development was founded as the company's real estate development arm to expand its product offerings to include ground-up development and other real estate-related private equity opportunities. Our highly experienced management team has a significant track record in office, industrial, medical, retail, and multifamily projects, as well as homebuilding, land development, and entitlements. Kingsbarn works relentlessly to build value into every project we undertake. Our strategic partnerships enhance our ability to design and build projects that meet our stringent criteria for quality and budget containment, allowing us to produce out-sized risk adjusted returns. FEATURED PROJECTS

39° North

39° North is a mixed-use ground-up development project located off of the north shore of Lake Tahoe in Kings Beach, CA. The project will consist of 74 workforce multifamily units, a five-story 153-key hotel with approximately 10k SF of ground floor retail, and 36 townhomes. The project will provide much needed affordable housing to the area and create numerous jobs from the retail and hospitality components.

The Marlette

The Marlette is a luxury 140-unit multifamily project located in Carson City, NV within a Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ). The project will create much needed housing to a supply constrained market. The location offers tenants easy highway access, proximity to major employment centers and schools, and direct access to all the amenities of the Sierra Nevada. Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool, spa, playground, dog park, and significant manicured open space.

The Affinity at Three Springs

The Affinity at Three Springs is a 210-unit multifamily project located in Durango, CO. The site is located within the highly desirable Three Springs master-planned development and will provide much needed housing to this supply constrained market. The Affinity at Three Springs will set the standard for luxury living in Durango. The project will sit on a 4.67-acre site and contain a rich amenity package, including a clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style pool, fire pits, barbeque area, and community wide Wi-Fi. The buildings will be equipped with sustainable elements including high-efficiency HVAC systems, EnergyStar appliances, and will be built to U.S. Green Building Standards.
