Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital Introduces its True-Yield Real Estate Dividend Fund
**Las Vegas, Nevada, June 14, 2021** – Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital (“Company” or “Kingsbarn”) announced the roll out of a new fund investment opportunity for accredited investors into Kingsbarn True-Yield Real Estate Dividend Fund, LLC (the “Fund”). The Fund will initially offer up to 250 Preferred Units of Membership Interests at a value of $100,000 per Preferred Unit, for an initial Fund value of up to $25,000,000, with the ability to increase the number of Preferred Units to 500 for a total potential Fund value of up to $50,000,000. The Fund is slated to provide to investors a 9.75% annual cumulative preferred return on their investment.
